MEDICAL CERTIFICATE FORM

What a medical certificate must look like?

 

Every runner will have to submit with his/her registration a medical certificate or a copy of his/her license FFA or FFTRI up--to-date.

 

ATTENTION :

Will only be accepted medical certificates delivered by a doctor, dating of at least one year prior to the date of the race and carrying the mention of the following clause : " present no contraindication to the practice of athletics in competition ".
